About the Role

This is a customer-facing, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers - welcoming them on-site, assisting with collections and drop-offs, and supporting the admin side of a busy auction operation.

It’s ideal for someone who enjoys people interaction, variety, and staying active throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service

- Be the friendly face of the business, assisting customers collecting items or dropping off goods

- Deliver a positive, helpful experience every time

Communication

- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Administration





- Update customer and product records in the CRM

- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and transactions

Team Support

- Pitch in wherever needed - this is a team-first environment

About You

- Strong customer service skills (retail, hospitality, call centre all welcome)

- Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner

- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
