Our client, an independent Federal Government agency responsible for implementing and administering the National Disability Insurance Scheme, require the services of a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Duties of the Senior Salesforce Developer

- Develop, test & maintain Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex & platform configurations.
- Contribute to the development of secure, accessible & maintainable digital services that align with platform standards & business needs;
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, release processes & continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality & delivery outcomes;
- Support integration activities between Salesforce & external systems using APIs, authentication providers & established integration patterns;
- Utilise contemporary development tools & practices to improve productivity, quality & delivery efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required

- Demonstrated experience developing Salesforce‑based solutions within enterprise environments;
- Strong technical knowledge & hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex & Salesforce platform configuration;
- Demonstrated experience developing integrations between Salesforce & external systems using APIs & contemporary integration patterns;




- Experience delivering accessible digital services & applying accessibility standards & inclusive design principles throughout the software development lifecycle;
- Experience working with source control, automated deployment processes & modern software development practices;
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer (desired);
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including Integration Procedures, OmniStudio & related platform capabilities (desired).
