What is the Role?
Love being hands-on, working with products and furniture, and keeping things organised? Want to work in a creative environment rather than a traditional warehouse?
We’re looking for a hands-on and highly organised Studio Inventory Coordinator to join our Marketing & Creative team and help keep our in-house photography studio running smoothly.
You’ll be part of a creative team, working behind the scenes to bring our products to life through our photography and marketing campaigns. No two days will be exactly the same — one day you might be coordinating products with the warehouse, the next assembling furniture and setting up a shoot.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys being active, working with products, solving problems and getting things done. You’ll work closely with our in-house photography studio, warehouse and wider creative team to make sure products are in the right place,
at the right time and ready to go for our photoshoots.
You don’t need to be a photographer or have a creative background. We’re looking for someone who is practical, organised, reliable and confident working with people, products and stock.
Key Responsibilities?
Studio Logistics & Coordination (Move & manage products)
· Coordinate products required for upcoming photoshoots
· Pick, move and transport furniture and homewares between the warehouse and studio
· Prepare, assemble and position products so they are ready for photography
· Keep track of where products are and make sure they are returned safely and in positive condition
· Work closely with our warehouse team to organise stock movements
Studio Setup and Ops Support (Smooth running of studio)
· Help set up and pack down photography sets
· Assemble furniture and move large products around the studio
· Keep the studio organised, safe and ready for the next shoot
· Assist with casual team members during larger setup and pack-down days
· Jump in and help the wider studio team wherever needed
Inventory Coordination (Keep things organised)
· Plan ahead based on the photography schedule and make sure products are ready on time
· Maintain accurate inventory and product tracking spreadsheets using Excel
· Label and track products accurately and ensure they are handled correctly and returned to warehouse in usable condition
· Coordinate multiple products and deadlines at once
· Maintain trackers for various shoots and product movements
· Look for better and more efficient ways to organise the workflow
Who are we looking for?
This is a chance to take your warehouse, retail or hands-on experience into a completely different environment. We’re looking for someone who is practical, energetic, organised and enjoys working as part of a team.
You might already be working in a warehouse, furniture or homewares store, retail, logistics or another hands-on environment
You’ll ideally have:
· Previous experience working with stock, products or inventory in a similar environment
· Confidence moving and handling furniture or larger items
· Strong organisation and time-management skills
· Great attention to detail - you notice when something is missing or out of place
· The ability to plan ahead and keep on top of multiple priorities
· Good basic computer skills and confidence using Excel
· A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
· Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams
· Reliability and a robust work ethic
· A forklift licence would be great, but isn't essential - we're happy to support the right person to obtain one
