Small Friends Childcare & Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our friendly team at Small Friends Busselton.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about early childhood education, team development, family relationships, and growing occupancy within the service.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, including:

- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators

- Managing centre operations, occupancy and staffing

- Building strong relationships with families and the local community

- Supporting marketing and enrolment growth

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

- Managing rosters, budgets and wage costs

- Maintaining a safe, welcoming and high-quality environment for children and families

- Supporting continuous improvement and professional development

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor





- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education

- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards

- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

- Experience with CCS, ACCS and childcare software systems (Qikkids/Educa preferred)

- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid and Child Protection training

- A positive, energetic and skilled attitude

- Two professional references
