About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving regional growth, customer success and operational excellence. Through coaching, performance management and strategic execution, you will ensure the team delivers against business objectives while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales performance through effective planning, KPI management and execution discipline.
- Support customer growth opportunities and complex commercial negotiations.
- Ensure effective territory management, forecasting and CRM utilisation.
- Translate business strategy into clear regional priorities and actions.
- Foster team engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets.
