Club Active is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Veteran Wellbeing Support Coordination team in Brisbane. You will provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic support, and comprehensive case management to veterans within an allied health setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong clinical judgement, and the ability to work autonomously in a growing veteran services program in Brisbane. A welfare-driven, team-oriented approach is essential.
