The Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre (TAC) is seeking a compassionate Aboriginal Liaison Officer to join the Nukara Family & Children’s Team in the Greater North. You will support Aboriginal children and families through culturally secure, trauma-informed practice and help access services and advocacy.
You will undertake family assessments, coordinate referrals and contribute to safety planning while collaborating with TAC programs and other agencies to improve safety and wellbeing.
