Mission Australia is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to support young people aged 12–21 in DAYS Carlisle and DAYS East Perth. The role involves protected, structured short-stay residential care, trauma-informed practice, and collaboration with clinical and case management teams.

Based on site, you will work with young people to foster safety, engagement and healthy life skills, including crisis management, within a 24/7 rotating roster with day and night shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
