About The Opportunity

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting people, and being part of a team that values your contribution. Starting from a centrally located Distribution Centre in Townsville, you'll deliver small packages to homes and local businesses, with a clear route and lots of support behind the scenes.

Some of your main responsibilities include:

- Enjoy your own space on the road while feeling part of a connected team
- Build warm, respectful relationships with customers along your delivery route




- Follow a clear delivery plan with support and guidance always available
- Move safely and comfortably through your day with proper equipment and training
- Finish your workday knowing exactly when you’ll be home—no weekends required!

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Professional presentation with great communication
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The capacity to self-manage and adapt to changing demands
- A high level of physical fitness and the ability to lift 30 kgs
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules
