LumaCina, a Sydney-based specialty pharma, seeks a Head of Sales to own hospital generics and sterile injectables, reporting to the CEO. You will set the go-to-market strategy for tenders, GPOs and institutional accounts and lead the field sales organisation to deliver revenue and margin targets.
