Melton City Council is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join the Workplace Relations and Business Advisory team. You will partner with leaders across the Council to deliver employment-related advice and support across the organisation.

Reporting to the Workplace Relations and Business Advisory Coordinator, you will coach managers, facilitate education, and help implement compliant people practices while ensuring alignment with current employment agreements.
