About the role
You'll work across a broad SaaS product environment, partnering with Engineering, ML/Data and Customer Success to ensure quality across the platform.
You'll be responsible for:
Planning and executing functional, regression, integration and system testing.
Proactively identifying quality risks, gaps and defects.
Designing test cases, scenarios and test data.
Testing and validating real customer data and system outputs.
Investigating customer-reported issues and validating fixes.
Contributing to automated testing and regression suites.
Evaluating AI/ML outputs and identifying whether issues relate to software, data or expected model behaviour.
Working collaboratively with Engineering, ML/Data and Customer Success.
About you




Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a QA/testing role within a SaaS workplace
Robust software testing fundamentals.
Experience with functional and regression testing.
Exposure to test automation.
Experience with API, integration or data validation testing.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, independent approach to QA.
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
Agile/Scrum experience.
