Oxfam Australia is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner on a max-term six-month contract. You will provide trusted HR advice across the organisation, partner with leaders to implement people initiatives and support the employee lifecycle in a energetic, values-led setting.
You will develop workforce plans, coach leaders, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and analyse workforce data to inform decisions. The role emphasises inclusion, wellbeing and ethical practices.
