Bolton Clarke is seeking an Aged Care Admissions and Agreements Administrator to provide exceptional service and ensure timely processing of resident agreements and admissions across 88 homes. You will build solid stakeholder relationships, maintain data integrity and support compliance with industry regulations.
You will process admissions, discharges and transfers using Epicor, NeRA, Microsoft CRM and internal systems, while monitoring dashboards and ensuring complete, compliant documentation.
