The Opportunity
Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are seeking an enthusiastic Barista who thrives in a quick-paced, fun and customer-focused workplace.
As a Barista, you will play an key role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure smooth daily operations across our busy restaurant Megal .
To ensure your success in this role, you will have:
Previous barista experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Ability to prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently




Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using POS systems
A positive, reliable, and team-focused approach
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light menu items
Delivering friendly and productive customer service
Taking orders and processing transactions via POS
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked work area
Supporting daily café operations, including opening and closing duties
Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
