Telstra Health is seeking a Support Specialist to join the Leaving Violence Program in a rostered, telephone-based role supporting victim survivors. You will guide applicants through the process, gather documentation, assess eligibility, and connect clients with appropriate supports in a trauma-informed, culturally protected way.
The role focuses on short-term support (up to 12 weeks), risk and needs assessments, and accurate record-keeping within a structured program.
