Hunter Valley Psychology and Wellbeing welcomes an Administration Officer to join the Maitland practice.
The role is non-clinical and focuses on warm, skilled client contact, accurate data handling and general reception duties.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and referrers, support clinicians and the Practice Manager, and help keep day-to-day administration running smoothly.
Training and support are provided as the practice grows.
