David Brown Santasalo is a global leader in engineered gear systems, serving industries from mining to manufacturing. We are seeking for a agile ICT Business Analyst in our Australian office in Bulli, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Analyze business and customer requirements and translates them into system and business requirements

/n

- Design business solutions supported by ERP and CRM systems

/n

- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

/n

- Map and document business processes and workflows

/n

- Optimize SAP configuration and business processes

/n

- Facilitate communication between business users and technical stakeholders

/n

- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement

/n





- Analyze business data to improve commercial decision-making

/n

- Participate in ICT-enabled business improvement projects

/n/n

Skills & Qualifications

/n

/n

- Strong background in business process analysis and ICT systems.

/n

- Experience with documentation, modelling tools, and stakeholder engagement.

/n

- Knowledge of project management and software development lifecycles.

/n

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

/n

- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst
