We are looking for an enthusiastic, strong leader and excellent coach to manage our RSEA Safety Store in Toowoomba!

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the Toowoomba store, leading and developing your team to deliver strong customer service, sales and operational outcomes.

/n

You will be a hands-on leader and excellent coach who can motivate your team, drive performance and create a positive store environment. You will be comfortable setting and driving KPIs, managing visual merchandising and in-store promotions, and balancing the various operational and retail activities that come with running a busy store.

/n

We are looking for an outgoing, natural leader who can inspire people and bring their team on the journey with them.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Drive the store to achieve financial and operational targets through sales performance, KPIs, inventory management and shrinkage control

/n

- Lead and deliver an exceptional customer experience and high service standards

/n

- Lead, develop, coach and motivate your team to achieve strong performance

/n

- Manage visual merchandising and in-store promotions to ensure excellent execution

/n

- Manage and monitor store costs in line with business requirements

/n

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty

/n

- Create a positive, vibrant and high-performing working environment

/n

- Take a proactive approach to supporting the broader retail network

/n

- Manage scheduling, rostering and reporting requirements

/n/n





Skills / Experience / Qualifications

/n

/n

- Previous retail management experience

/n

- Strong business acumen with experience managing financial and operational KPIs

/n

- Self-motivated with a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service

/n

- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience leading and developing teams

/n

- Experience with visual merchandising and in-store promotions

/n

- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business

/n

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

/n

- Strong computer literacy; experience with systems similar to Pronto would be advantageous

/n

- A genuine interest in the RSEA Safety brand and our customers
