This hands-on role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation and day-to-day staff matters.
Working from our Lytton head office, you will coordinate interviews, manage HR records, assist with performance and policy development, and collaborate with the WHS Manager to ensure a proactive, compliant people function.
