The Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Despatch Officers to join our Afternoon and Night Shift team in Landsdale on a full-time basis!
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our Logistics Department while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
As a Despatch Officer, your key responsibilities will be:
Prepare, process and pack orders for despatch
Ensure stock levels and inventory records are updated and maintained
Coordinate with internal teams to address any despatch issues or delays
Support stock management and replenishment processes
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines
Perform general warehouse maintenance and ensure spaces are kept clean and safe
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a despatch or warehouse role is highly regarded
Knowledgeable on steel building products
Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and take initiative in your role
Valid forklift ticket is highly desirable
Availability to work afternoon shift hours
Monday to Thursday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Friday, 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Availability to work night shift hours
Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 2:00am
Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am
