Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centered service delivery.

Essential Qualifications
/n
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
/n
CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
/n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role.
/n
Experience managing budgets exceeding $10 million.
/n
Experience within the disability, community services, health, aged care, or not-for-profit sector.
/n
Demonstrated experience leading finance teams.
/n
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
/n
