RMR Projects is seeking a hands‐on, driven Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our

You'll be leading our boutique townhouse projects (4–5 residences, up to 4 storeys)

About the Role

/n

As Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of site operations from start to handover —

/n

driving progress, managing trades, ensuring safety, and maintaining RMR's uncompromising quality standards.

/n

This role is leadership‐focused, not tool‐based, though you'll stay close to the action with walk‐throughs, setups, and progress checks.

/n

You'll work closely with our Project and Construction Managers, backed by a responsive operations team, to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard RMR Projects is recognised for.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Oversee all construction activities from site setup to handover

/n

- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to meet program milestones

/n

- Lead toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance across site operations

/n

- Monitor and maintain quality control against plans, specs, and codes

/n





- Communicate clearly with management on progress, variations, and

/n

- Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively

/n

- Uphold RMR's benchmark standards for presentation, workmanship, and

/n

- professionalism

/n

- Provide feedback and ideas to continuously improve our build process

/n/n

About You

/n

/n

- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising townhouse or multi‐residential builds

/n

- Strong trade coordination and leadership skills

/n

- Thorough understanding of construction sequencing and residential methods

/n

- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‐solving skills

/n

- Confident using job management software (Buildertrend or similar)

/n

- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence & White Card (essential)

/n

- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to lead by example

/n

- Experience with boutique or custom builders is essential

/n/n
