Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects run safely and on schedule.
- Coordinate specialized trades, subcontractors, and material deliveries on CBD sites.
- Enforce strict site health, safety, and environmental compliance frameworks.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks across high-end architectural finishes.
- Partner with Project Managers to track program schedules and resolve technical RFIs.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Site Supervisor delivering commercial fitout projects.
- Solid background working with reputable mid-tier or national building contractors.
- Deep knowledge of WA building codes, site logistics,



and WHS regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills to lead trade crews and manage client expectations.
- Relevant trade qualification (carpentry preferred) or tertiary credentials in construction.

Working within a well-resourced national contractor, you will act as the operational anchor on-site, bridging design specifications with daily trade execution.
