AWM Craigieburn is looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales professional to join our team. As part of the MM Electrical Group, we combine the strength of a national business with the local knowledge and relationships of our store locations. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our trade customers.
- Grow existing accounts and identify current sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product solutions.
- Prepare, manage and follow up quotes.
- Proactively contact customers to generate sales.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide product advice and develop strong product knowledge.
- Work with suppliers to source products and competitive solutions.
- Achieve sales, margin and individual KPIs.
- Work as part of the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Experienced in electrical wholesale, trade sales or a similar industry (highly regarded).
