We are looking for a capable Retail Manager to take responsibility for the effective operation and performance of our retail business in QLD 4507.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, managing retail processes and maintaining high standards across sales, stock and customer service.

What you'll be responsible for

- Coordinating the overall daily operation of the retail premises.
- Supervising employees and organising staff rosters and work allocation.
- Driving sales results and monitoring store performance.
- Controlling stock ordering, inventory levels and stock availability.
- Ensuring products are appropriately displayed and the store is maintained to a high standard.
- Managing customer service issues and supporting a positive customer experience.
- Monitoring expenses and operational requirements.




- Training and developing team members where required.
- Ensuring company procedures and applicable workplace requirements are maintained.
- Reporting operational issues and performance matters to the business owners/management.

What we're looking for

You should have demonstrated retail management experience and the ability to confidently supervise a team. Robust organizational skills, commercial awareness, customer service capability and practical knowledge of retail stock and sales processes are highly valued.

Previous experience managing a retail store or similar retail operation will be highly regarded.
