Ready to step into an Account Director role and make it your own? Or are you already at this level but looking for a change of pace, scenery, and a client refresh?
Leading brand experience agency, April5, is looking for a brilliant Account Director to join its Brookvale team, working across an exciting portfolio of major global and Australian brands spanning technology, consumer, professional services and integrated brand experiences.
We’re looking for someone who loves agency life, builds great client relationships and genuinely enjoys bringing out the best in a team.
You might already be an Account Director, or you could be an experienced Senior Account Manager ready to make the step up in a supportive environment where you’ll have the opportunity to grow.
You’ll
- Lead a fantastic portfolio of high-profile clients
- Manage and develop a team of around four direct reports
- Work collaboratively across strategy, creative, production and delivery
- Help create brilliant work and an equally brilliant team culture
- Bring energy, agility and a solutions-focused approach when things move quickly
You’ll need agency experience, ideally across brand activation, events, experiential or integrated campaigns, and the confidence to build trusted relationships with both clients and your team.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a excellent attitude. Someone collaborative, commercially switched on, calm under pressure and excited about being part of a close-knit agency where people genuinely enjoy working together.
Come join this fun and dynamic team in a (dog friendly) office near the northern beaches! For the first six months we ask that this new team member is in the office for four days and then just the three. Genuine work like balance, amazing clients and award winning work!
