As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our customer relationships, providing high-quality sales and support services. Key responsibilities
- Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients
- Identifying new sales opportunities and proactively generating leads
- Providing personalised sales support and consulting to customers
- Presenting and demonstrating our product range to potential clients
- Preparing and negotiating sales contracts and agreements
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
About you
- Proven track record of success in an Account Manager or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Relevant experience in the Sales industry, particularly in the Sales Representatives/Consultants sub-industry
- Australian citizen with full work rights
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience required
