Position Overview
As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Diadem.inen, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial department. You will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of our accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer relations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with solid communication and organizational skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Follow up with clients on overdue accounts and initiate collections procedures
- Prepare and provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management
- Work closely with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or billing concerns
- Assist with month-end closing process and other accounting tasks as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve accounts receivable processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
