Activations Associate The Opportunity

Join Initiative as an Activations Associate.

This entry level position will provide you with training in leading media technology, platforms and systems. You'll gain hands-on experience in digital media working with a team of experts to become a future industry leader. As an Activations Associate, you'll be guided through core responsibilities in the end-to-end campaign management of Social, Search and Programmatic media for the largest advertisers in Australia.

What does success look like in the first year?

- Platform Mastery & Certification: Completing relevant training and certification models in biddable technology, including DV360, SA360, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, The Trade Desk, Amazon
- Client knowledge: Build a strong understanding of how your campaigns impact your client's goals, improving campaign performance and making recommendations to results.
- Campaign Execution: Lead campaign setup, optimization, and day-to-day management across key digital channels, ensuring best-practice processes across the entire campaign lifecycle.
- Teamwork:



Be an active member of the team with strong communication skills and commitment to building trust amongst your peers.

About You

You are a recent university graduate or someone looking to make an exciting career change into marketing and media. You have a genuine curiosity for digital technology and understanding the why behind marketing campaigns. You want hands-on experience in a team workplace where you can build foundational knowledge and learn from the industry experts around you.
