Role Description The AI Architect MS Studio role is a full time, on-site position based in Melbourne, VIC. The individual in this role designs and implements AI and data architecture within Microsoft ecosystems, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to translate HR and business needs into technical designs, overseeing solution integration with existing HRMS and recruitment platforms, and guiding software developers on best-practice implementation. The role also involves creating architectural documentation, leading technical reviews,



managing system performance and reliability, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and quality standards. The AI Architect will contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and practices that enhance The HR Ally’s AI-enabled HR solutions.

Qualifications

- Architecture and Architectural Design skills for planning, modeling, and documenting AI and HR technology solutions.
- Software Development experience to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and ensure robust implementation of designed architectures.
- Integration expertise to connect AI, HRMS, recruitment systems, and third-party tools into cohesive, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Project Management capabilities to coordinate technical deliverables, manage timelines, and align stakeholders around solution objectives.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, MS Power Platform, MS Studio tools) and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with data modeling, APIs, security best practices, and performance optimization in enterprise environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience designing AI or data-driven solutions within HR, workforce management, or enterprise SaaS environments is beneficial.
