About the Role:
- Operate a range of earthmoving equipment (e.g. dump trucks, loaders, dozers, excavators)
- Perform pre‑start checks and routine equipment inspections
- Follow site procedures and Supervisor instructions
- Maintain safe and efficient operations across production areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow operators
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues
- Contribute to a positive, safety‑focused team culture
About you:
- Proven experience as an All-Round Operator in mining, civil, or large‑scale earthmoving
- Solid safety mindset and commitment to site procedures
- Ability to work reliably in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to work full‑time on-site
- Experience in mineral sands or similar mining environments
