Role Description The Application Support Specialist at Fundación Con Vida will provide day-to-day remote support for users of organizational applications, ensuring systems run smoothly and issues are resolved promptly. This part-time role includes responding to support tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting application and technical problems, and documenting solutions and recurring issues. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex incidents, assist with application configuration changes, and support minor updates or releases.

The role also involves monitoring application performance, maintaining knowledge base articles, and communicating clearly with users about status updates, best practices, and training needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills with diverse user groups.
- Relevant experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic database or API concepts is beneficial.
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations, and familiarity with standard business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, collaboration tools) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities in a part-time schedule, and maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
