Hasfarm Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to join our WA Wholesale team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of merchandisers across Perth while driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to our retail customers.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing store performance, developing team capability, strengthening customer relationships, and driving profitable growth across your territory.

As our WA store network continues to grow, we're looking for a people-focused Area Manager to lead our merchandising team and support the continued success of our retail partners across the Perth metropolitan area.

What You'll Be Doing

· Lead, coach and develop a team of merchandisers across your territory

· Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers

· Drive sales growth across floral and potted plant categories

· Monitor store performance, stock levels, credits and promotional activity

· Create and manage team rosters and labour budgets

· Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management activities

· Analyse reports and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures





· Partner with the State Sales Manager to achieve business objectives

About You

We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail, FMCG or field-based environment.

You'll bring

· Previous experience leading and motivating a team

· Solid sales, merchandising, retail or account management experience

· Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

· Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

· A results-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities

· Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

· A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the Perth metropolitan area

Desirable

· Experience managing teams of four or more employees

· Proven success in a sales-focused environment

· Qualifications in Business, Sales or a related field

· OHS for Supervisors or similar qualification
