SkyGeo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build long-term relationships with customers across the Asia-Pacific region. You will own the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal, ensuring customers gain maximum value from SkyGeo's InSAR solutions and services. Collaborate with Geoscience Consultants, Sales, Data Analytics and Product teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience, identify growth opportunities and drive retention.
