The Motorama Group is currently seeking a Full-Time Stock Controller. This role involves working closely with the Group Stock Controller and Sales Management teams on maintaining and analysing inventory levels across a number of brands and sites.

Role Responsibilities will include:

- Order vehicles in line with manufactures guidelines
- Complete and authorise registration papers and internal orders to execute current vehicle preparation
- Raising purchase orders for predelivery and detailing
- Liaising with other dealers/departments on stock swaps
- Analysing and forecasting stock levels and ordering parameters
- Report production and providing cover across the team
- Collaborating with the Sales, Predelivery, Administration and Executive teams

To work with us, we’re looking for:

- Previous dealership stock control experience highly desirable
- Analytical approach and excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills such as working in a team and the ability to communicate effectively and influence sales management
