About the role

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Bar man to join our team at cucinetta' in Woolwich with a brand new bar facility. This is a part-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious drinks which you’ll Be in charge of

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create classic Italian drinks Menu
- Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean and organised at all times
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
- Assisting with inventory management and stock ordering
- Supporting the management team as required

What we're looking for

- At least 3 years of bar experience in a similar role
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages




- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
