We’re on the hunt for an experienced, bubbly, and confident Barista / All-Rounder to join our vibrant team at Retroespresso! What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work 32-38 hours per week during early morning shifts (4:45 am–1:00 pm).
- Own transport to reliably start shifts at 4:45 am.
- At least 2 years of barista experience, with the ability to handle high coffee volumes and maintain quality under pressure.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to create positive, engaging experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Ability to work seamlessly in a quick-paced environment and hit the ground running.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees.
- Engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
- Assisting with food preparation and general café duties.
- Managing daily cash handling, including counting the till.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene standards.

- Hourly Pay: $28.46–$38.78 (based on experience).
Schedule:
- 4-8 hour shifts (5 days).
- Morning availability Monday to Sunday.
- Rotating roster with some public holiday and weekend shifts.
Location Requirement: You must be able to reliably commute to or relocate near Wavell Heights, QLD 4012 before starting the role.
Experience Required
