Casual Barista / Front of House
Nestled in the historic Old Butter Factory in Denmark, Mrs Jones serves all-day breakfast, lunch and drinks. Our reputation across the Great Southern is built on warm hospitality, quality food and attention to detail. We’re looking for team members who share our passion for creating genuinely memorable experiences.
We are seeking a casual barista who is also happy to assist with front of house floor work as needed.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for
- Preparing espresso coffee and texturing milk to a consistently high standard (training provided)
- Learning and applying our house coffee style
- Delivering exceptional customer service with warmth, kindness and clear communication
- Welcoming guests, sharing daily specials, answering questions, and processing orders and payments
- Supporting the team across front of house, including running food or working the smoothie section
- Maintaining a positive team environment and being open to both giving and receiving feedback
- Assisting with cleaning, restocking, stock control and basic inventory tasks
- Supporting stock ordering when required
- Adhering to all food safety and quality standards

- Ability to take ownership of your role and work proactively
- Weekend availability
- Minimum one year of barista experience
