Company Description Move Through Co is a health and wellbeing space focused on empowering clients through tailored support and coaching services. The organization provides youth disability support and mentoring, offering both 1:1 and group-based programs to meet diverse needs. Many services are NDIS supported, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

In addition to therapeutic services, Move Through Co offers boutique personal training, health coaching, counselling, and mental health coaching to promote holistic wellbeing.

Role Description The Behavioral Therapist role at Move Through Co is a full-time, on-site position based in Surry Hills, NSW. In this role, the therapist provides structured behavioral interventions and support to children and young people, including those with disabilities, through individual and group sessions. Day-to-day activities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior support plans, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes in line with clinical and NDIS requirements.

The therapist collaborates closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent strategies across home, school, and community environments. The role also involves contributing to program development, maintaining professional boundaries, and actively promoting a protected,



inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based behavior support plans.
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Candidates should possess a foundation in Psychology or a related field, with an understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health.
- Candidates should possess experience Working With Children, ideally in therapeutic, educational, or disability support settings.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, behavioral science, social work, counselling, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is highly beneficial.
- Experience with NDIS frameworks, report writing, and goal-based planning is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage time effectively, and uphold ethical and professional standards.
- Current working with children clearances, relevant registrations, and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain) are preferred.
