- Cooking and preparing proteins, sauces and other menu items

- Maintaining consistent portion sizes and food quality

- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures

- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked

- Completing daily kitchen preparation and cleaning tasks

- Supporting the team during busy service periods

- Minimising food waste and maintaining valuable stock rotation

- Working closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth service

- Following instructions and completing tasks efficiently
