Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this strategic leadership role is accountable for building Guardian's presence in the Brisbane market, growing both the secure storage and bullion services businesses, and delivering a high standard of operational performance.

Guardian Vaults is Australia's largest private secure storage service company. Following the acquisition of the Westpac safe custody business, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Brisbane branch and drive the next stage of our growth.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: develop and execute business growth strategies in the Brisbane market for secure storage and bullion services
- Risk and Compliance: ensure adherence with compliance and risk management programs
- Operational Excellence: manage the day-to-day operations of the business units ensuring exceptional customer service
- People Leadership: lead and develop a small team current to the Guardian business across both business units
- Stakeholder Engagement: build strong partnerships with the head office support teams and branch network
About you
- Previous branch/store management experience in a banking, retail, or customer service business
- Strong customer service capability and excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Experience with developing, mentoring and training a team
- Business development experience growing local revenue and clients
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with working under a compliance framework
