Responsbilities
Brand Management & Coordination
- Coordinate brand initiatives and campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies and positioning.
- Manage brand asset libraries and ensure proper usage across departments.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop brand-compliant marketing collateral.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate brand activation events and promotional activities.
- Assist in brand research and competitive analysis initiatives.
Others
- Provide administrative support to senior brand management team members.
- Maintain project timelines and coordinate cross-functional team communications.
- Support budget tracking and vendor management for brand-related activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination, or administrative roles.
- Robust understanding of brand principles and marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools and brand management software preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Australian market trends and consumer behavior is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
