THE ROLE An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Building Certifier to join a growing consultancy in Brisbane. You’ll deliver residential building approvals and inspections, work closely with clients, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team. This is a mixture of inspection and office based role with opportunity to do commercial work.

Duties

- Assess and approve residential building applications in line with QLD legislation

- Deliver accurate and efficient certification services to clients

- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service





- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

- Assist with occasional commercial approvals

About You

- Licensed in QLD as a Building Certifier (preffered but if you are close to registration you will also be considered)

- 1–3 years’ experience as a certifier

- Proficiency in residential approvals; commercial experience advantageous

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills

- Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused
