Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies,



requirements management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, workflows, specifications, and actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis, reporting, process mapping, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, BPMN, or other business and project management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead analytical initiatives, prioritize competing requirements, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, business performance measurement, and process optimization.
- High attention to detail, commercial awareness, and strategic perspective.
- Knowledge of BI tools, SQL, financial analysis, or digital transformation is an advantage.
