Banking/Financial Services + Collections/Migration experience

Mandatory Skills

- Robust experience in Business Analysis and business process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with L3/L4 process mapping; Holocentric preferred.
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Visio and/or Holocentric.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and traceability.

Domain Experience
- Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services.
- Collections, Hardship, Debt Management, or related domain experience preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale migration or transformation programs.

Nice to Have
- Experience with target-state platform migrations and downstream system integration.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
- Familiarity with PLATO, AssistNow, or similar collections platforms.
