Role DescriptionThe Business Data Analyst (Decision Intelligence) will transform business data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends and opportunities, developing performance metrics, and translating analytical findings into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities include conducting quantitative and exploratory analysis, building dashboards and reports, defining KPIs, evaluating business performance, and supporting data-driven decision frameworks. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges, structure analytical problems, and communicate insights effectively. The role requires a strong combination of business acumen, analytical thinking, data interpretation, and structured problem-solving to help organizations make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.




- Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, and decision-making frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to analyze large and complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
- Strong quantitative, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Robust attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical rigor.
- Knowledge of Python, R, predictive analytics, or machine learning is an advantage.
- Familiarity with KPI development, performance measurement, scenario analysis, and decision intelligence concepts is a plus.
