Role DescriptionThe Business Data Analyst will analyze business data to generate actionable insights that support operational efficiency, strategic planning, and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data, developing reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends and business opportunities, and translating analytical findings into practical recommendations. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define analytical approaches, improve reporting processes, and ensure data is accurate and meaningful. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business understanding and clear communication to help stakeholders make effective, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, statistics,



and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze datasets, identify patterns and trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Understanding of data quality, database concepts, data preparation, and reporting processes.
- Solid analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop clear reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python, R, DAX, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
