Working closely with the BDM, you'll help manage the day-to-day sales pipeline, support key account relationships, and ensure our customers get the service and product support they need. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to B2B sales, wholesale distribution, and the growing energy-efficient sector.

Key Responsibilities - Support the BDM in managing existing key accounts - Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, pricing schedules, and tender documentation - Coordinate customer follow-ups, CRM data entry, and pipeline tracking - Help identify and research new business leads and market opportunities - Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfilment - Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market activity summaries - Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events alongside the BDM as required - Provide general administrative support to the sales function What We're Looking For - Prior experience in sales support, account coordination,



or administration (wholesale, trade, construction, or energy sectors highly regarded) - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with trade customers and internal stakeholders - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and CRM systems - A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities - Current driver's licence - Knowledge of the hot water, plumbing, or construction supply industry is a plus but not essential What's On Offer - Career progression pathway — e.g. potential to grow into a BDM role - Supportive team environment within a growing sector Requirements - Drivers Licence - Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment; and - The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.
