GenesysTel is an Australian business technology provider delivering connectivity, voice, mobile, managed IT and cybersecurity solutions. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows how to find opportunities, open doors and close deals.

About the Role

Drive new business nationally across GenesysTel’s technology portfolio. Build your pipeline, engage key decision-makers and turn opportunities into long-term customers. Some interstate travel may be required for customer meetings and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue current B2B opportunities nationally
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Present tailored technology solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate agreements
- Manage the complete sales cycle
- Achieve agreed sales, KPIs and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information

About You

You will bring:

- 5 or more years’ experience in B2B business development




- A proven record of winning new customers and achieving targets
- Strong prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience selling telecommunications, connectivity, managed IT or cybersecurity solutions will be highly regarded.
